1. About Us

Authentic Experts (“Authentic Experts”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a reseller of pre-owned luxury goods.
We are an independent company and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the brands displayed on our website.
All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

 

2. Condition of Items

All products sold by Authentic Experts are pre-owned unless clearly stated otherwise.
We provide photographs and condition descriptions to help customers make informed decisions.
Normal signs of use should be expected on second-hand goods.
Minor variations in colour, appearance or wear that are consistent with pre-owned items do not qualify as defects.

 

3. Authentication

Each item undergoes an internal authentication process performed by our staff.
Authentic Experts does not provide brand certifications, brand warranties or any guarantee issued by the original luxury houses.
If, after purchase, an item is independently assessed by a recognised third-party authentication service as non-authentic, you may request a refund in line with Section 9.
Only recognised authentication services and written documentation are accepted. Personal opinions, social media comments or unverified appraisals are not accepted.

 

4. Pricing, Duties and Taxes

For eligible shipping regions (European Union, United Kingdom, United States, Canada), prices displayed on the website are final and all inclusive.
This means prices include the product cost, our margin, estimated duties and import taxes and a shipping allowance.
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may vary due to exchange rates.

 

5. Shipping

5.1 Shipping Regions and Free Shipping

Authentic Experts offers free shipping to the following regions only:

  • European Union
  • United Kingdom
  • United States
  • Canada

We only ship to the regions listed above. Orders to other countries cannot be accepted.

 

5.2 Delivery

Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are indicative only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers or other events beyond our control.

 

5.3 Customs Regulations

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the importation of pre-owned goods is permitted in their country or region.
Some countries restrict or prohibit the import of second-hand luxury items.

 

6. Orders

We may refuse, cancel or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors in pricing or availability, or non-compliance with these Terms.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled unless explicitly authorised by us before shipment.

 

7. Payment

Payment must be completed at checkout using the payment methods displayed on the website.
Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.

 

8. Product Availability

Inventory is updated regularly, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund for that item.

 

9. Returns and Refunds

9.1 All Sales Are Final

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, subjective dissatisfaction, size or fit issues, or differences in expectation regarding normal pre-owned wear.

 

9.2 Limited Exceptions

A return or refund may be considered only in the following cases:

  • The item received is significantly not as described, meaning there is a material error in the listing and not a normal sign of pre-owned wear.
  • The item is confirmed as non-authentic by a recognised third-party authentication service and you provide written documentation of this assessment.

 

9.3 Requirements for Claims

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery if you believe your case qualifies under Section 9.2.
Items must be returned in the exact condition in which they were received. Items that have been altered, cleaned, repaired or modified in any way are not eligible.
We reserve the right to request additional information and to verify any claim before approving a refund.
Unless otherwise required by local consumer law, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Authentic Experts is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or purchase of products.
We are not responsible for delays, losses or damages caused by shipping carriers, customs processes or any events beyond our reasonable control.
Our total liability in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant item.

 

11. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete shipping information.
  • Ensuring that the import of pre-owned luxury goods is permitted in their country or region.
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

Orders rejected, delayed or seized by customs cannot be refunded unless required by applicable law.

 

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Authentic Experts website, including text, images, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to Authentic Experts.
Reproduction, distribution or use of any content without our prior written permission is prohibited.

 

13. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the website are subject to the consumer protection laws that apply in your place of residence as well as to the laws of Japan for contractual matters relating to the operation of this website.

 

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting.
Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
