Items sourced through J-Ports K.K., our parent company operating since 2011, come from verified Japanese sellers and are authenticated by our in-house team before they reach your hands. What you receive is inventory you can resell with confidence.

A flat monthly fee unlocks catalog access. Every tier stacks $30 off per item on top — the percentage and the extras are what change.

Is there a minimum order?
No minimum per order. Your membership tier’s discount applies from your very first purchase, whether that’s one item or fifty.
How does authentication work?
Every item is inspected by our in-house authentication team in Osaka before it enters the catalog. We check hardware, stitching, date codes, and condition. Items that don’t pass are not listed.
How often does the catalog update?
A new catalog is sent every week, at the same time to every tier — there’s no early access.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship from our hubs in Japan, Delaware, Northern Ireland, and Hong Kong to buyers across the US, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. Delivery times and terms vary by destination — your account manager will confirm specifics on approval.
Can I request specific items or brands?
Diamond and Enterprise members can submit custom sourcing requests and mandates. Other tiers order from available weekly inventory.
How does the wire transfer discount work?
Paying by wire transfer adds an additional 4% discount on top of your tier’s percentage discount, at any tier.
How does the tier review work?
Your first 2 months on a tier aren’t reviewed. After that, every month at billing we compare your trailing 3-month average spend to your tier’s target. Exceed it and you’re upgraded immediately. Fall short once and you get a heads-up with a month to recover; fall short two check-ins in a row and you move down a tier, effective your next renewal — you keep the benefits of what you already paid for through that cycle.
